Videos of all the talks given at TEDxRuaMonteAlegre, an event held on October 14, just before the 13th International Human Rights Colloquium, may now be viewed on YouTube. More than 400 people attended the presentations at the Theater of the Catholic University of São Paulo – TUCA, in São Paulo.
The topic of “multipolarity” underpinned the talks by the 12 participants. The speakers included the Egyptian activist Hossan Baghat, of the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights, Teng Biao, of the organization China Against the Death Penalty, Debbie Stothard, of the International Federation for Human Rights, and Lucia Nader, executive director of Conectas.
