Rights in the Pandemic Bulletin No. 10

The 10th edition of the Bulletin Rights in Pandemia, an initiative of Cepedisa (Center for Studies and Research on Health Law at the University of São Paulo), in partnership with Conectas Human Rights, reveals the existence of an institutional strategy for the spread of the Coronavirus, promoted by the federal government under the leadership of President Jair Bolsonaro.

The study data were produced during the year 2020, when 3,049 federal norms and 4,427 state norms related to Covid-19 were observed in order to assess its impact on human rights.
