Conectas today released the list of projects selected for the 3rd Ideas Fair, an event held annually in commemoration of International Human Rights Day. This year, the fair will present 21 projects developed by students, researchers, activists and journalists, as well as social groups and civil society organizations.
Between November 7 and 20, the organization received 69 projects from across the country. Thanks to the support of the Dutch Embassy, four grants of up to R$1,000 have been offered this year to cover the transport and accommodation costs of the selected participants from outside São Paulo.
The registered projects were assessed according to the following criteria: relevance of the topic for human rights; objectivity, clarity and creativity in the presentation of the proposal; diversity; and suitability of the presented proposal to the contemporary context.
Registration for visitors
Registration is now open for visitors to the 3rd Human Rights Fair. A total of 80 places will be reserved for participation as observers, who will have the opportunity to circulate among the exhibited projects and talk to the authors about methodology, goals and impacts.
The event is held annually in commemoration of International Human Rights Day with the goal of promoting and strengthening the struggle for the defense of fundamental rights, by connecting people who work with or who are interested in the field.
