Conectas and Sesc announce projects selected for the 2025 Feira de Ideias

Projects will present experiences in human rights on the 5th and 6th of December at Sesc 24 de Maio

The Feira de Ideias (Ideas Fair), an initiative by Conectas Direitos Humanos together with Sesc São Paulo, was created to promote and disclose projects on the promotion and achievement of human rights. The event has published its list of initiatives selected for the 2025 edition, which will take place on the 5th and 6th of December, at Sesc 24 de Maio, in São Paulo.

Up to 20 proposals were selected, divided into the categories of visual arts, audiovisual, photography, social or community initiatives, and journalism, being presented to the public in three formats: exhibit table, LCD screen exhibit, and totem.

With the project display, the Fair seeks to foster reflections and discussions on contemporary challenges to the expansion and achievement of human rights. The selection reflects the plurality of experiences and languages present in the grassroots actions and collectives around the country, emphasizing practices that are innovative, creative, and committed to social transformation.

The 2025 edition of the Feira de Ideias received 90 applications from several Brazilian regions, with proposals that reflect the diversity of topics, languages, and formats present in the field of human rights.

The curation team, made up of professionals from Sesc São Paulo and Conectas Direitos Humanos, highlights the relevance and quality of the proposals presented, and is thankful for all people and collectives that enrolled and shared their experiences and initiatives.
