Strengthening human rights safeguards and corporate accountability mechanisms is essential for mitigating violations committed by corporations in their operations. At the same time, seeking accountability for socioenvironmental rights violations throughout the supply chain aims to change practices, safeguard affected communities, and contribute to fairer and more sustainable development.

Climate justice addresses the climate emergency from a human rights perspective, strengthening adaptation strategies that integrate vulnerable populations in the search for solutions, and influencing international, Brazilian, and corporate mitigation policies, that is, those aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
