The proposed resolutions that will serve as the basis for using these instruments have been pending in the CNMP (National Council of the Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office) since last year.<\/p>\n<p>Conectas, JusDh (Justice and Human Rights Articulation), A\u00e7\u00e3o Educativa, ACT (Alliance for Tobacco Control), Ceert (Center for Studies on Labor Relations and Inequalities), Alana Institute, Idec (Brazilian Institute for Consumer Defense), Isa (Socioambiental Institute) and Terra de Direitos presented 12 suggestions, split up into 3 key topics: transparency, oversight and participation.<\/p>\n<p>They include the creation of mechanisms for the social control of the Conduct Adjustment Agreements and Recommendations, and the preparation of an index for evaluating compliance by companies.
