For the organization, the proposal deepens the problems of current criminal legislation, which does not have parameters capable of distinguishing drug use from trafficking, that mostly affects young black people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt is paramount that the Brazilian State must urgently refrain from legislating against human rights in the criminal justice system and commit to a drug policy based on harm reduction, implementing measures of attention and care in freedom that are built with the participation of civil society, especially the people who are most affected\u201d, says the speech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conectas also added that.
