On Friday (14<\/span>th<\/span> of April) Conectas promotes the launch of the new edition of Sur \u2013 An International Journal on Human Rights. The event will feature a talking circle on possible futures and the human rights movement in the Global South, which will be held in person from 6:30 pm at the headquarters of A\u00e7\u00e3o Educativa, in S\u00e3o Paulo (SP).<\/span><\/p>\n

Muriel Asseraf (Conectas), N\u00e9le Azevedo (independent artist and researcher, and author of \u201cMonumento M\u00ednimo\u201d), D\u00e9borah Monte (UFGD), Matheus Hernandez (UFGD), Nina Santos (*disinformant), \u2013 are all authors of the new issue of Sur Magazine\u2013, as well as Rodnei Jeric\u00f3 da Silva (International Institute on Race, Equality and Human Rights \u2013 Race and Equality). Mary Grisales; executive editor of Sur, and Renato Barreto, editorial consultant of the magazine will both oversee the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPossible futures: What is the new normal?\u201d is the subject of the new issue of Sur, edited by Conectas. The 32nd edition of the magazine brings together reflections on paths for the human rights movement in a scenario of political, economic and global health crisis.<\/span><\/p>\n
