The organization calls on Brazil to urgently combat structural and institutional racism.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDespite Brazil\u2019s rhetorical commitment to combating state violence against poor and black youths, this group suffers arbitrary and violent police stops that result in death or imprisonment,\u201d said Arquias Cruz, advocacy advisor at
