The document points out that the next parliamentarian to assume the presidency of the Commission needs to commit to the \u201cideas of equality, freedom as well as social justice.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIn the current scenario, we cannot allow the Commission on Human Rights, Minorities and Racial Equality [&#8230;] to be captured by the extreme right and become a stage for the spread of lies or hate speech that attack and delegitimize the struggles and achievements of the Brazilian people\u00b4s right\u201d, the organizations,
