On Wednesday the 5<\/span>th<\/span> of October, Conectas and the Clinic for Diversity and Human Rights Policies, from FGV Direito SP, hold an event to launch the technical note \u201cAccountability and Military Justice among national and international parameters\u201d. There is possibility of participating in the activity in person in S\u00e3o Paulo or online via Youtube. <\/span>To register, follow this <\/a><\/span>link<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event is born from the work developed by the Clinic for Diversity and Human Rights Policies by the students of the Graduate Program at FGV Direito SP together with their partners. From studies on the constitutional limits and international human rights law for the Military Justice in Brazil, in the light of its history, comparison with other countries and international and national regulations, the research sought to answer what would be the obligations in human rights in the field of accountability of the Brazilian State for human rights violations committed by police and military agents, in light of the recommendations and determinations of global and regional human rights bodies such as the UN and OAS.<\/span><\/p>\n
