The objective is to discuss the connection between the \u00b4war on drugs\u00b4, racism and human rights-based policies, as well as debating the role of the UN agencies that work on drugs, in the review of legal benchmarks and policies that result in discriminatory tools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those participating in the debate include: Sara Hamood, from OHCHR (The Office of the United Nations Commissioner for Human Rights), Salimah Hankins, from the Anti-Racism Coalition, Ojeaku Nwabuzo, from the European Network Against Racism and Frans\u00e9rgio Goulart, from the Right to Memory and Racial Justice Initiative.
