They call on institutions to defend the rule of law.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pactopelademocracia.org.br\/blog\/garantir-a-liberdade-do-judiciario-e-defender-o-estado-democratico-de-direito\"><b>Access this link to read the full manifesto.&nbsp;<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The manifesto, that is being promoted by Pacto pela Democracia, was signed by 45 organisations, among them Conectas, Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (The Institute for the Defence of the Right to Defence) and the Pro Bono Institute.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the organisations, Bolsonaro\u00b4s stance \u201cundermines the independence of the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary powers\u201d and may constitute a case of high crimes and misdemeanours. The manifesto goes on to say that the call for the impeachment of the STF minister, Alexandre de Moraes is \u201cunfounded and authoritarian\u201d and aims to \u201cinstigate institutional instability\u201d. document.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The signatories also showed their solidarity with institutions that form the basis of Brazilian democracy and \u201ccall on other
