The document is still available for new signatories.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe key principle of a healthy democracy is the holding of elections and the acceptance of their results by everyone involved. The Brazilian electoral justice system is one of the most modern and respected in the world.
