{"id":32765,"date":"2021-07-23T19:57:20","date_gmt":"2021-07-23T19:57:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conectas.org\/?post_type=noticia&#038;p=32765"},"modified":"2021-08-04T18:59:30","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T18:59:30","slug":"sur-magazine-receives-contributions-for-its-31st-edition","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/conectas.org\/en\/noticias\/sur-magazine-receives-contributions-for-its-31st-edition\/","title":"Sur Journal receives contributions for its 31st edition","content":"<div class=\"tts_content_wrapper_1\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conectas Human Rights, in partnership with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dataprivacybr.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Data Privacy&nbsp;Brasil Research Association<\/a>, will&nbsp; select articles, essays, case studies, institutional reflections and artistic pieces for the 31st edition of Sur \u2013 International Journal of Human Rights.&nbsp;<\/span><b><i>Check out the call for papers with<\/i><\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/sur.conectas.org\/convocatoria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><i>this link<\/i><\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 31<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> edition has as its theme <\/span><b><i>\u201cHuman rights in the context of the pandemic: impacts and responses\u201d <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which will be further divided into three sub-themes: \u201cThe Covid-19 pandemic and its impacts on human rights\u201d;&nbsp; \u201cIndigenous groups, black\/Afro-descendant communities, climate justice and the environment at large\u201d as well as \u201cSurveillance and security\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The deadline for submission of contributions is the 30<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of&nbsp; August, 2021. All files should be sent to this e-mail: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">artigo.sur@localhost<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp; Contributions are welcomed in English,
