This week\u2019s program discusses the boundaries of freedom of expression.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hosted by the journalist <\/span><b>Fernanda Mena<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the podcast addresses how the crisis of misinformation by fake news affects our world that is increasingly more polarized.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the right to freedom of expression, the podcast recounts the recurring attacks on democracy through censorship and threats made by so-called hate groups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To analyze the topic, this week\u2019s episode features Patr\u00edcia Campos Mello, a journalist at the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo, Fernanda Martins, an anthropologist from InternetLab, Denise Dora, executive director of the NGO Article 19, and the Folha de S.Paulo columnists Conrado Hubner Mendes (a professor at USP) and Thiago Amparo (a professor at FGV Direito) and the cartoonist Laerte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Cara Pessoa podcast is available <\/span><b>every Friday, at 9 am<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, on all the main audio streaming platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The narrative of the episodes adopts a <\/span><b>format of reading letters that are addressed to the listeners<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
