Under the flag of \u2018anti-globalisation\u2019 the Brazilian foreign office has changed the country\u2019s historical stance and is waging war on environmental and human rights agendas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On Tuesday 24 September, President Jair Bolsonaro is to make his debut at the opening ceremony of the General Assembly of the UN in New York.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conectas has selected ten points to illustrate situations in which the Brazilian state has adopted an attitude that goes against international
