Sipahi has been accused by the Turkish government of belonging to an organisation that is said to be involved with terrorism because it opposes the regime of President Erdogan. The ministers of the Supreme Court gave a unanimous message \u2013 legality and the Constitution prevail in defending the right to migrate.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
