This report intends to describe the agreements signed by the Public Defender of São Paulo, specifically those that have as their primary activity the provision of legal assistance to the needy São Paulo population. For this purpose, Conectas relied on the terms of agreements and work plans entered into between the Office of the Ombudsman and the contractors, obtained by the organization through a request for access to the information made to the Office of the Public Defender.
