The report analyzes Brazilian legislation and doctrine on holding companies accountable for human rights violations and presents paradigmatic cases. The publication is part of the project “Access to justice and legal remedies for human rights abuses involving corporations”, organized by the International Commission of Jurists, which has already addressed the issue in various different countries.
